C&W predicts jump in European investment

Investment into European property will rebound with 6.3% growth in volumes in 2017 despite rising inflation and political volatility, forecasts from Cushman & Wakefield’s 2017 Atlas Summary predict.

Volumes in 2016 fell by 21.3% to $289.2bn (£226.2bn) in EMEA, through a combination of limited supply and risk aversion, but as the lack of stock pushes down yields, investors are likely to invest in areas they might not have previously considered.
