Invest in the Crossrail effect

CROSSRAIL POSTERCrossrail will have a significant impact on the places that people choose to live and work in London.

It will make the eastern reaches of the city desirable and accessible for occupiers by boosting the number of people prepared to commute longer distances within their current journey time.

Farringdon, which is at the intersection of two new routes, is best placed to take advantage of the transport improvements and will become London’s most easily accessible area once its Crossrail station is open in 2018.

For now this means that Farringdon is seen as less of a risk than, say, Whitechapel, which is still at a relatively embryonic stage.
