Foreign investment hotspots revealed

It has been a volatile 12 months for global real estate, but little has changed at the top.

Leagues of the five cities attracting the most foreign investment by sector have remained stable since 2011 and there are no signs of any serious challengers for north America’s throne.

Of $336.4bn spent, more than half has been funnelled into US cities. research from Real Capital Analytics and Cushman & Wakefield reveals the hotspots.
