Industrial property market shows strong fundamentals in North America

Cross-border investment made up almost 40% of the total volume of US industrial acquisitions in 2015 – up tenfold on the previous year.  It is a trend we expect to see continue. What has prompted this ramped-up activity in North America’s industrial markets?
